Complaints Procedure
If something hasn't gone as it should, we want to hear about it so we can put it right.
How to raise a concern
You can speak to a member of our team in branch, give us a call, or write to us. We’ll listen, take your concern seriously, and do our best to resolve it quickly.
Branch contact options
- Clive Parade Pharmacy — 16 Clive Parade, Cricklade Road, Swindon, SN2 1AJ. 01793 722097
- Moredon Pharmacy — Moredon Medical Centre, Moredon Road, Swindon, SN2 2JG. 01793 265661
Email: pharmacy.fgw68@nhs.net (Clive Parade) or pharmacy.fxw30@nhs.net (Moredon).
What to include
- Your name and contact details
- Which pharmacy your concern relates to
- What happened, and when
- What you would like us to do to put things right
What to expect
We aim to acknowledge your complaint promptly and to provide a full response as soon as we can. If we need more time, we’ll keep you updated on our progress.
If you’re not satisfied
If you are unhappy with our response, you can ask for it to be reviewed by our Superintendent Pharmacist, Asim Iqbal, Independent Pharmacist Prescriber (GPhC 2225229), who holds clinical and professional accountability for both pharmacies.
NHS services complaints
For NHS services, you can also raise a complaint through the NHS complaints process — either with us directly, or with the body that commissions the service. You can find out how the NHS complaints process works at nhs.uk.
Our regulator
You can also contact the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC), the regulator for pharmacies and pharmacists, at pharmacyregulation.org.
Learning and improving
We treat every complaint as a chance to improve. We review what went wrong and use it to make our service better for everyone.
