Can I book on behalf of a relative?
Yes, and many people do. Just let us know who the appointment is for when you message. The person being treated will need to be present and able to consent, and you are welcome to stay with them.

Very little — somewhere comfortable to sit with good access to both ears, and a plug socket nearby. The visit usually takes around 30 minutes.
