Appointments are subject to availability and confirmation. Some services require an assessment and may not be suitable for everyone. We may need to reschedule an appointment and will let you know if so.

NHS services are subject to NHS eligibility and pharmacist assessment. Private services are subject to a suitability assessment. We will tell you if a service is not appropriate for you.

Prescription requests are reviewed by our pharmacy staff before anything is dispensed. This website must not be used for emergency or urgent medication supply — please call your pharmacy or NHS 111.

Prices for private services are shown as a guide and are confirmed before any treatment. Prices may change from time to time. NHS services are free where you are eligible.

From time to time we offer a website discount on selected private services. Where that offer is running, the following terms apply.

• You can claim 15% off your first booking of a selected private service when you tell us you found us through this website.
• Selected services are: ear wax removal, mobile ear wax removal, ear piercing, mole check and phlebotomy.
• The discount must be mentioned at the time of booking, not after payment has been taken.
• NHS services are free at the point of use where you are eligible and are not included in this offer.
• Prescription-only medicine services are excluded.
• One discount per patient. It cannot be combined with any other offer, and may be withdrawn at any time.

We may use third-party booking, payment or delivery providers, and may link to other websites. Their own terms and privacy policies apply, and we are not responsible for third-party content or services.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything that cannot be excluded under law.
