Before your appointment
There's nothing you need to do to prepare. It helps to bring a list of any medicines you take and any health conditions you have. Everything you share is confidential.
During the consultation
Your appointment is a one-to-one conversation with our clinician about your health, your history and what you'd like to achieve. We carry out a clinical assessment to understand what's suitable for you, and talk through the available options honestly — at your pace, with no pressure.
What we will and won't do
We'll assess your suitability and discuss appropriate options for you as an individual. We won't offer a one-size-fits-all solution, make promises about results, or push you into anything. Any treatment depends on a clinical assessment and your individual suitability, and it isn't right for everyone — we'll always tell you if a different route would be better for your health.
After your consultation
If we agree a plan, you'll leave with clear next steps and ongoing support. Our focus is your long-term health and wellbeing, with realistic, sustainable support rather than quick fixes.
